hello !
i can’t believe a week has already passed since the new year. i hope 2025 has been gentle with you so far. i have barely left the house since i got back from the trip and it feels nice to slowly get back into a routine. there’s been lots of organizing, cleaning, eating, reading, and sleeping for the past week. i’m hoping 2025 is a year of less overworking and more intentional rest. more walks in the park, reading a book with a pastry in hand, people watching at a cafe, and just being comfortable with not doing anything in particular.
well anyways, i’m so excited (and a lil nervous) to share a recipe with you for the first time here ! i’ve been making these strawberry matcha cookies since the very beginning of coucou bakehouse and they’re still many people’s favorite. they’re so chewy and fudgy, and very importantly, not too sweet. if you’re a matcha lover, you will absolutely love this recipe.
